园区以集成电路为引领，已落地建设比亚迪半导体芯片项目集成电路龙头制造业项目。以此为依托，已集聚优质电子信息产业项目，包括本安、宏景等消防智能终端、汽车电子领域产业应用项目及润融、友丰、翼菲等智能高端装备领域特色行业应用项目；并继续向上游材料和下游封测等领域接洽项目，引进了山东恒元半导体的铌酸锂晶体项目，并推动了载板项目的落地进程。
汽车核心零部件方面，园区内已聚集了博世、大陆、福士、博马科技、汉格斯特等德国著名的汽车零部件厂商项目。
激光装备方面，园区主要企业包括宏石激光、华工激光、森峰激光、宏牛激光等，以及一大批中小激光企业。
The Park (Jinan Industrial Park for Investment Promotion) focuses on integrated circuits (IC) and has seen the implementation of leading IC manufacturing projects such as the BYD Semiconductor Chip Project.?On this basis, the Park has gathered high-quality projects in the electronic information industry, including fire intelligent terminal manufacturers such as Sdbenan and Hongjing, industrial application projects in automotive electronics, and special industrial application projects in intelligent high-end equipment manufacturing such as Runrong Technology, Youfeng?and Robot Phoenix. It has made continuous efforts to negotiate with upstream materials and downstream packaging and testing sectors for projects, introduced the lithium niobate crystal project of Shandong Hengyuan Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., and promoted the implementation process of IC substrate projects.
In terms of core auto parts, the Park has manufacturing plant projects of renowned auto parts manufacturers from Germany such as Bosch, Continental, VOSS, BMTS Technology and Hengst.
The key enterprises on laser equipment in the Park include HSG Laser, HGLASAR, Jinan Senfeng Laser Technology Co., Ltd. and Hongniu Laser, as well as a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the field.
重点项目 Key Projects
1、复星国药医药运营中心项目，复星集团是世界500强企业，业务覆盖医药、金融、钢铁、矿业、零售、服务业等领域，各业务板块在细分行业内均进入国内前10强。项目总投资约7亿元,建设约8万平方米医药供应链配套设施，主要从事医药分拣和结算，客户主要为医药企业、医院、外部保健品公司。
2、宏石激光济南生产基地项目，项目占地105亩，总投资约6亿元，投资约3.7亿元，主要建设高功率和中功率激光切割设备生产，打造激光全产业链智能装备的现代化生产工业基地。
3、中意合作液体食品包装制品及包装设备生产基地，项目位于临空经济区航天大道以南，国际企业港1号路以西，由济南泉华包装制品有限公司公司投资建设。项目占地60亩，建筑面积5万平方米，总投资2.5亿元，建设高标准生产厂房、库房和办公等配套附属设施项目将引进国际先进的智能包装生产线，建设工业4.0标准的现代化智能工厂。
4、复星国药二期项目项目，总建筑面积约8.6万平方米，主要建设医药冷库等设施，主要从事医药分拣和结算，客户主要为医药企业、医院、外部保健品公司，拟引进并承接国药控股山东有限公司部分业务并做为承接复星国药济南医药营运中心一期项目扩展的基地从事医药分拣结算，打造符合GSP标准的生物医药、进口药品、医疗器械产品存储、分销基地和医药冷链物流配送基地。
5、中日合资高端汽车零部件项目，项目总投资约2.4亿元，计划用地规模约60亩，规划总建筑面积约5.65万平米，产品以出口为主，比占将达80%，主要品牌客户有日本丰田、日产、本田、马自达，美国通用、福特，德国奔驰等；同时，着眼新能源汽车零部件的研发制造，为国内高端车型及厂商配套。
6、智慧消防物联网产品项目，主要生产气体报警器和消防应急灯，实现年1000万套智慧消防物联网产品的生产能力。项目占地63亩，建筑面积约6万平方米，总投资2.5亿元，建设电子车间、研发中心、国家认可消防电子产品试验室、配自动化装配车间、智能加工车间等。
7、智能无人仓储机器人装备制造及展示中心项目，项目总投资约10亿元，建筑面积约16万平米，将建设生产车间、智能演示、调试平台、智能运营、分拨中心等生产功能区，研发实验室等办公区，原材料、成品等生产配套智能区。申链的智能仓储机器人技术系统包括专用的货架、提升机、仓储控制系统、仓库管理系统等完整产业链。项目产能规划为智能泊车机器人年产1000台、智能提升机器人年产500台、智能货架托盘搬运机器人年产3000台、智能料箱搬运机器人年产5000台，未来会随着市场需求逐步扩大规模，进一步提升智能仓储机器人及人工智能自主控制系统的基地建设。
8、迈伦逸品食药包装检测仪器研发制造生产基地项目，本项目用地约30亩，总建筑面积约2.4万平方米；总投资约1.5亿元，主要研发生产高精度称重仪、阻隔性测试仪、透气透过率测定仪、水蒸气透过率测试仪、雾化测试仪等产品，开展其在医药、食品、科研院校、质检机构、军工领域检测仪器研发生产的核心业务，打造高端实验检测装备的现代化研发生产基地。
1. Fosun-Sinopharm Pharmaceutical Operation Center Project: Fosun Group is a Fortune Global 500 enterprise, operating in medicine, finance, steel, mining, retail, service and other fields. All of its business segments have entered the top 10 domestically in segmented industries. With a total investment of about 700 million yuan, the project will be equipped with supporting facilities for the pharmaceutical supply chain covering an area of about 80,000 square meters. It is mainly engaged in pharmaceutical sorting and settlement, catering to customers such as pharmaceutical enterprises, hospitals and external health product companies.
2. HSG Laser Jinan Production Base Project: The project covers an area of 105 mu?(7 hectares), with a total investment of about 600 million yuan. Approximately 370 million yuan of the investment has been used for the production of high-power and medium-power laser cutting equipment, and the project's primary objective is to create a modern production industrial base for intelligent equipment covering the whole laser industry chain.
3. Sino-Italian Liquid Food Packaging Products and Equipment Production Base: Located in the south of Hangtian Avenue and west of No.1 Road of International Enterprise Port?in Jinan Civil Airport Economic Park, the project is invested and constructed by Jinan Quanhua Packing Products Co., Ltd. The project covers an area of 60 mu (4 hectares), with a construction area of 50,000 square meters and a total investment of 250 million yuan. It will introduce internationally advanced intelligent packaging production lines to build high-standard production factories, warehouses, offices and other supporting and ancillary facilities, so as to establish modern intelligent plants in line with the Industry 4.0 standard.
4. Fosun-Sinopharm Phase II Project: With a total construction area of about 86,000 square meters, the project mainly involves the construction of pharmaceutical cold storage and other facilities and mainly engages in pharmaceutical sorting and settlement. Its customers are mainly pharmaceutical enterprises, hospitals and external health product companies. It has planned to introduce and undertake part of the business of Sinopharm Group Shandong Co., Ltd. and serve as a base for the expansion of the Fosun-Sinopharm Jinan Pharmaceutical Operation Center Phase I Project?to engage in pharmaceutical sorting and settlement. The project aims to build a storage and distribution base for biomedicine, imported drugs, and medical devices meeting GSP standards and a delivery base for pharmaceutical cold chain logistics.
5. Sino-Japanese Joint Venture Project on High-end Auto Parts: With a total investment of about 240 million yuan, the project covers a planned land area of about 60 mu (4 hectares) and a planned gross construction area of about 56,500 square meters. The products are primarily focused on exports, accounting for 80%. Its main auto brand customers include Toyota, Nissan, Honda and Mazda from Japan, General Motors and Ford from the United States, Mercedes-Benz from Germany, etc. Meanwhile, it focuses on R&D and manufacturing of auto parts for new energy vehicles to provide support for domestic high-end vehicles and manufacturers.
6. Intelligent IoT Fire Protection Product Project: It focuses on the production of gas alarms and fire emergency lights, with an annual production capacity of 10 million sets of smart IoT fire protection products. The project covers an area of 63 mu?(4.2 hectares), with a construction area of about 60,000 square meters and a total investment of 250 million yuan. It involves electronic workshops, R&D centers, nationally recognized laboratories for fire electronic products, automated assembly workshops, intelligent processing workshops, etc.
7. The Project of Equipment Manufacturing and Exhibition Center for Intelligent Unmanned Warehousing Robots: With a total investment of about 1 billion yuan and a construction area of about 160,000 square meters, the project involves production functional areas such as production workshops, intelligent demonstration area, debugging platforms, intelligent operation and distribution centers, office areas such as R&D laboratories, and intelligent production support areas of raw materials, finished products among others. The intelligent warehousing robot technology system by Lonlink Smart Storage Solution (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. includes a complete industrial chain incorporating special shelves, elevators, warehouse control systems and warehouse management systems, etc. The project is planned to have an annual output of 1,000 intelligent AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) parking robots, 500 intelligent lifting AGVs, 3,000 intelligent shelf- and pallet-handling AGVs and 5,000 intelligent case-handling AGVs. In the future, it will gradually expand its scale along with the market demand and further improve the construction of a base for intelligent storage robots and AI autonomous control systems.
8. The Project of Mailun Yipin R&D, Manufacturing and Production Base of Testing Instruments for Food and Medicine Packaging: With a land area of about 30 mu (2 hectares) and a total construction area of about 24,000 square meters and a total investment of about 150 million yuan, the project mainly focuses on the R&D and production of high-precision weighing instruments, barrier testers, air permeability testers, water vapor permeability testers, atomization testers and other products. Its core business also involves R&D and the production of testing instruments in medicine, food, scientific research institutes, quality inspection institutions and the military sector. The project aims to build a modern R&D and production base for high-end experimental testing equipment.
发展目标 Development Goals
（一）瞄准产业集聚，狠抓项目落地。聚焦主导产业发展，发挥龙头项目引领力和产业资源支撑力，进一步在汽车零部件、整机装备、电子信息等产业领域的延链、补链工作。
（二）加大国际招商力度打造国际化园区。立足长效，紧扣黄河战略和起步区发展主题，倾注资源构建国际技术转移转化和企业孵化平台、技术和产品研发测试平台等公共服务平台，打造高端产业的赋能中心，谋划借以助力园区招商引资的路径。
(I) Focus on industrial agglomeration and work vigorously to facilitate project implementation. With a focus on the development of leading industries, efforts will be made to extend and supplement industrial chains in the areas of auto parts, equipment, and electronic information under the leadership of leading projects and with the support of industrial resources.
(II) Intensify the efforts in attracting international investments to build an international park. Based on a long-term strategy and with a focus on the Yellow River strategy and the development of the starting area, resources will be invested in building public service platforms such as an international platform for technology transfer and transformation and enterprise incubation, a technology and product R&D and testing platform. Additionally, an empowerment center for high-end industries will be established. All these aim to facilitate business and investment attraction of the industry cluster.

The industry cluster is located on the east side of Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport, bordered by the north of the Xiaoqing River of and both sides of Hangtian Avenue. The planning area extends to the G308 National Highway in the north, the Xiaoqing River in the south, Jiaxuan West Road in the west, and Linkong East Road in the east.
